Where groups lose

A portfolio that grew property by property behaves like one

Each hotel acquired its own guests, its own systems and its own agencies. The group carries the cost of all of it and sees the benefit of none of it.

You buy the same guest twice

Two properties acquire the same person separately, and both pay commission to do it.

Nobody can answer group questions

How many members does the group have, and what is a member worth against a non-member. The answer lives in several systems that disagree.

Negotiated business leaks

Corporate and agency rates handled by email and spreadsheet, property by property, with no group view of any of it.

What a group gets

Six things, working off one guest record

Loyalty across properties

One membership the whole group honours.

What that means
  • One member identity and one balance across every property
  • Group tiers, with each property free to vary its own earn rate
  • Member recognition before the guest arrives
  • Guest, booker, referral, corporate and paid programme models
How group loyalty works

Group booking journeys

Discovery across the portfolio, not one property at a time.

What that means
  • A guest who cannot get their dates at one property is shown another
  • A booking engine per property, consistent across the group
  • 37 languages and 100+ currencies, verified against the build
  • Member rates recognised inside the booking flow
The booking engine

Corporate access

Negotiated rates that a company can actually book.

What that means
  • Private rates behind a corporate login
  • Multiple bookers under one account
  • Booking management and reporting for the company
  • Rates that never appear on a public page

Travel agent portal

Net rates for approved agencies, without email ping-pong.

What that means
  • Net rates and agency-specific terms
  • Multiple users per agency
  • Booking management and reporting
  • Approval controlled by the group

One guest record for the group

The same guest, however they reached you.

What that means
  • Duplicate records across properties merged into one
  • Stay history, preferences, language and consent in one place
  • WhatsApp, email and SMS against the same record
  • Pre-arrival, in-stay and post-stay journeys per property
How the CRM works

Websites for the portfolio

Three levels, so every property does not need the same one.

What that means
  • A free AI-built site for a property that has nothing
  • A custom designed site where the brand needs one
  • A group CMS for managing many properties together
  • Live in 48 hours for most properties

Group and property

Central where it has to be, local where it should be

The group owns the member, the rules and the reporting. The property keeps its brand, its guests and its own campaigns. A system that takes everything away from the property does not get used by the property.

Head office

  • Member identity and balance
  • Tier structure and names
  • Default earn and redemption
  • Reporting across every property
  • Who is approved as corporate or agency

The property

  • Its own brand, everywhere the guest looks
  • Its own campaigns to its own guests
  • Its own perks on top of the group floor
  • Its own earn rate where a resort differs from a city hotel
  • Its own reporting

What groups ask us first

Do all our properties have to run the same PMS?
Answer
No, and most groups do not. Tell us which PMS each property runs and we will confirm the connections on the call. We treat it property by property rather than as one switch.
Can properties keep their own branding?
Answer
Yes. Everything the guest sees carries the property or brand identity. The group layer is what sits behind it: one member record, one set of rules, one place to report from.
What does head office control, and what stays with the property?
Answer
The group owns the member record, the balance and the tier structure. The property runs its own campaigns, sets its own perks on top of the group floor, and sees its own guests.
Do we have to move every property at once?
Answer
No. The programme is designed once at group level and each property inherits it. Sequencing is yours.
What happens to the member data we already hold?
Answer
It comes in with you. Existing members, balances and tier positions are imported rather than reset.
